exhibition rules:
A. Fill in the exhibition application form, affix the official seal and mail or scan it to the Organizing Committee; Exhibitors shall pay 50% of the booth fee as a deposit (RMB) within 5 working days according to the requirements of the payment notice to determine the booth location. After the exhibition fee is remitted, please fax the bank remittance slip to the organizer for easy check and collection; only after the organizer receives the booth fee deposit can the booth reserved by the exhibitor be implemented. The balance of booth fee will be paid before November 20, 2021. You are welcome to pay it in a lump sum; Otherwise, the organizer will be deemed to give up the exhibition, and the exhibitors will withdraw from the exhibition halfway after registration, and the exhibition fee will not be refunded.
B. After confirming the booth, the organizer will send the exhibition manual to the exhibitors; The manual includes relevant information such as exhibit transportation, booth design and construction, travel and accommodation arrangements, article rental, etc. exhibitors must fill in the relevant forms in the manual as required and return them to the organizer before the deadline.
C. The principle of booth sequence allocation is "apply first, remit first and arrange first", and the booth with double-sided opening will be charged 20% extra;
